JAZZ PLAYERS BRING THEIR GAME TO THE RIO OLYMPICS
Four Utah Jazz players represented their respective countries in the 2016 Olympic Games held in Rio de Janeiro , Brazil this past August .
Players Rudy Gobert and Boris Diaw represented France . They advanced to the quarterfinals where they lost to the Australian team , featuring their Jazz teammate , Joe Ingles . Australia ended up losing to Spain in the Bronze Medal match . The home Brazilian team , which included Jazz player Raul Neto , finished in 9th place at the Rio games . WS
