Miller Group of Companies as a general sales manager in 1998. He has been at Larry H. Miller Toyota Albuquerque (formerly Karl Malone) for over 16 years. MEGAPLEX THEATRES TO ADD NEW UTAH LOCATION The Howard Hughes Corporation (NYSE: HHC) announced on August 1, 2014, that Larry H. Miller Megaplex Theatres had signed on as a major entertainment anchor at Cottonwood, a 57-acre mixed-use redevelopment located eight miles from downtown Salt Lake City. The upscale development—the first pedestrian-friendly environment in the affluent community—will feature a Smith’s Food & Drug store, shopping, dining, entertainment and offices in a “Town Square” style setting and multi-family residences when complete. “We are pleased to welcome Utah’s top cinematic experience to the Cottonwood development,” said Grant Herlitz, President of The Howard Hughes Corporation. “The Megaplex will be part of a dynamic lineup of retail, dining and entertainment that will be an exceptional part of the Cottonwood transformation, serving the entire Salt Lake City market.” Megaplex Theatres, recognized as Utah’s favorite choice for delivering the ultimate “dinner and a movie experience” to the entertainment marketplace, will open a 10-screen, 2,300-seat movie theater beneath the development’s iconic clock tower. Amenities will include a digital 2D/3D IMAX screen, state-of-the-art digital projection and audio systems throughout the facility along with luxurious VIP seating that has become synonymous with the Larry H. Miller Megaplex Theatres brand. Founded in 1999 by the late Larry H. Miller, Megaplex Theatres has grown from 70 screens in Utah to approximately 200 screens in Utah and Nevada in the past three years. Ernie is most proud of the dealership’s performance in the customer satisfaction area as they have won the prestigious Toyota President’s Award for customer satisfaction excellence a record nine times in 10 years—an unprecedented achievement in New Mexico. Born in South Korea and adopted at the age of four, Ernie grew up in Wrangell, a small fishing village in southeast Alaska. He then spent 17 years in the Northwest before moving to New Mexico in 1993. Ernie enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, going on family vacations (especially cruises) and staying busy with his kids’ participation in football, basketball, soccer and volleyball. The Riachs live in Albuquerque and have three children: Jacob (11), Alexis (13) and Ashley (25), who resides in Portland, Oregon.. JENN ANDRS PROJECT MANAGER, LARRY H. MILLER TOUR OF UTAH Jenn Andrs joined Miller Sports Properties as the Tour of Utah project manager in January 2013. In her role, Jenn is responsible for all aspects of the Tour of Utah outside of corporate partnerships and sales. Prior to joining the company, she was a contractor for Medalist Sports, and worked as the production manager for the Tour of Utah in 2011 and 2012. Jenn graduated from the University of California at Davis in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in exercise science with an emphasis in sports physiology. After graduation, she moved to Salt Lake City for a job with the Salt Lake Organizing Committee and the 2002 Olympic Winter Games in the sponsor services department. Since 2002, Jenn has worked in special event fundraising, event planning and logistics. Most recently working with the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation on their Team Challenge training program. When not working on the Tour of Utah, Jenn enjoys skiing, running and playing with her two daughters – Macy and Maya. She and her husband, Kenny, reside in Sugarhouse with their children and two dogs.
