Every year at the Larry H . Miller Company is full of success and gratitude , but there was something special about 2024 . It marked 45 years since the company was created as well as other exciting anniversaries for our platforms and businesses . As you review the latest issue of Winning Spirit Magazine , take a moment and know that these milestones would not be possible without the work you give each day .
In October , the Larry H . Miller Company held its third annual LHM Summit in Park City , Utah . New additions to the week included interviews with our board of directors , offering unique insights into those who lead the LHM Company . You ’ ll learn more about the 2024 LHM Summit later in this issue .
The Miller Sports + Entertainment platform had an exciting and busy year . In November , the Salt Lake Bees unveiled a logo refresh in preparation for 2025 season . The new logos included nods to the Beehive State and font refresh . In December , Megaplex held grand openings for two new fully renovated locations in Pleasant Grove and Park City , as well as a luxury makeover in St . George .
Our dedication to the west side of Salt Lake City was furthered this year with the announcement of the Westside Community Grant Initiative , which aims to build capacity in nonprofit organizations specific to the area .
This was also an exciting year for Swig , which grew to 100 locations in 14 states and was featured in national publications such as The New Yorker , Fast Company and CNN Business .
While this year has been one to remember , I look forward to 2025 . We have some exciting things on the horizon , and we will continue to make places Where Life Takes Place .
