PRESTIGE : BUILDING A BETTER FINANCIAL FUTURE
This year , we gathered employee feedback through surveys and focus groups to help our leadership team develop a purpose statement that will inspire and guide our work , along with our mission to enrich lives and our four foundational values : hard work , integrity , stewardship and service .
We are grateful to each of our employees for embracing this new purpose statement and for all they do to strengthen our culture and enrich the lives of one another and our customers .
This year , we welcomed two talented leaders to our executive team , Heidi Anderson as Chief Information Officer and Pepo Tsvetanov as Chief Financial Officer .
Heidi Anderson is responsible for designing and implementing Prestige ’ s technology systems , which leverage internally written software and external solutions to support the company ’ s objectives . She has extensive technology leadership experience at Fortune 100 financial firms , including American Express and GE Capital , where she directed several global teams in IT development , innovation , and optimization .
Heidi holds certificates in LEAN and Six Sigma process management and earned a bachelor ’ s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix . She also serves as the Vice President of AIM , where she enjoys giving back to the tech community . This year , Heidi was named a Women Tech Awards Finalist by Women Tech Council .
Pepo Tsvetanov will oversee all finance functions , drive strategy development and support Prestige ’ s strong organizational culture . He
