performance metrics showed major gains across the platform: a 95.9 % occupancy rate in skilled nursing centers, 98 % resident satisfaction in assisted living residences, and a 37 % growth in home health volume yearover-year.
Andy’ s message was clear:“ If we align our strategy, data, and decisions across the continuum, we can lead the industry in delivering whole-person, value-based care.”
STORYTELLING WITH HEART
SVP of Revenue Cycle Tiffany McElheny brought the room back to the company’ s roots in her presentation, Storytime with Ms. McElheny. With warmth and authenticity, Tiffany walked the group through the early days— complete with vintage photos and hand-drawn floorplans from Advanced Health Care’ s first locations in Idaho and Utah.
Tiffany’ s storytelling connected the dots between humble beginnings and today’ s growing national platform.
More than a trip down memory lane, her message was about stewardship, preserving the culture of service, grit, and human connection that built the standard-setting organization.
IMPROVING EVERY DAY— AN OLYMPIC MEDALIST’ S INSPIRING COMEBACK
Olympic silver medalist Noelle Pikus-Pace joined leaders during the conference and delivered an unforgettable keynote, sharing her journey of resilience, setbacks and triumph. With humor, humility and heart, she shared the lesson that success isn’ t defined by a straight path; it’ s built through perseverance, clarity and purpose.
After a devastating injury sidelined her Olympic dreams, Noelle fought back mentally, physically and emotionally. Her story underscored the power of vision: seeing beyond obstacles and staying focused on what truly matters.“ You were meant for more,” she told the audience, challenging them to align their actions with their purpose or ultimate goal.
Noelle spoke about the importance of knowing your“ why,” supporting one another, and choosing joy— even in adversity. Whether in competition or leadership, Noelle’ s message was clear: greatness comes from grit, gratitude, and the people we lift along the way.
The Olympian’ s keynote was inspirational, and it was a call to lead with heart, live with purpose, and never lose sight of the finish line that matters most.
LEADERSHIP IS THE RESPONSIBILITY TO IMPROVE
LHM Senior Health President Joe Walker closed the conference with a powerful message: Leadership is the responsibility to improve.
In his keynote entitled,“ Stuff I’ m Thinking About,” Joe reminded the gathering that leadership is not about having all the answers— it’ s about listening, articulating a clear vision, and creating space for growth.
