Utah currently faces a substantial deficit of health care professionals, with over 3,000 registered nurse positions unfilled and a nurse-to-population ratio among the lowest in the nation. Proxima addresses these shortages by offering entry-level training that serves as a pathway to advanced essential roles.

“ Our partnership with Proxima allows us to address two critical needs: providing individuals with easy access to education and career opportunities, and secondly, filling essential gaps in Utah’ s healthcare workforce. This initiative reflects our commitment to create lasting, positive change,” said Don Stirling, executive director of the Miller Family Foundation.
The extensive renovations and remodel at both Ohio locations bring an elevated level of comfort and care for patients and families.
