Prestige Financial, known for being one of the most transparent and trustworthy companies in auto finance, started off 2025 by hosting its Investor Diligence Day. The event helps Prestige strengthen its relationships with partners on whom the company depends for its capital needs.“ Our bond investors have so many options on what to do with their money,” noted Pepo Tsvetanov, Prestige’ s CFO.“ Beyond of course supporting our direct competitors, they can also choose to invest in sectors ranging from commercial mortgages to credit cards to solar panels. What they’ re looking for is relative value, and Investor Day helps us to make the case for the value we present compared to these many other choices.”
The centerpiece of Investor Day is a comprehensive series of 16 sessions during which guests follow the“ life of a loan” all the way through Prestige’ s operations, meeting privately with the company’ s subject experts on marketing, underwriting, collections, regulatory compliance and other key areas. The result, according to Leigh Poltrack, executive director at Wells Fargo Securities, is“ an intensely immersive diligence experience unlike anything else in the industry. It delivers a strong message about the company the Millers have built.”
The event also aligns with Prestige’ s focus on providing career development opportunities to its employees.“ By inviting a variety of employees to share their individual expertise with our guests, we are acting in line with our focus to continue strengthening our leadership bench,” said Heather Wybrow, SVP of Portfolio Servicing.
Prestige event participants attended a Jazz game or skied with Prestige employees after the diligence work was done.
