2022 MEGAPLEX LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE : “ OUR GUESTS ARE BEST ”
Senior management at LHM Megaplex Theatres recently gathered in Kona , Hawaii , to focus on the theme of “ Our Guests Are Best ” and celebrate 2022 accomplishments , including national movie rankings , renovations , and ongoing innovations during the Megaplex Leadership Conference .
As part of the conference , LHM Megaplex celebrated top national rankings for some of the biggest films of 2022 , including Avatar : The Way of Water , Puss in Boots , Top Gun : Maverick , and many more blockbuster movies .
Workshop and leadership panels focused on key strategic and operational topics , including Enhancing the Guest Experience , Recruiting and Retention , and Technology and Innovation . The Megaplex team also spotlighted employee Awards and Recognitions .
