Vivant Smart Home Arena isn’t the only project underway.
Right now, there are a number of major construction projects
in progress or that are in the planning stage. Some of them
are updates and renovations, while others are completely
new buildings.

The Honda store is the third and final dealership to
be rebuilt in the downtown
Spokane area.

American Toyota will be one of the largest Toyota
dealerships in the country.

The 9th and 10th floors at the Jordan Commons
Office Tower will be the remodeled home of LHM
Management Company, Larry H. Miller Real Estate,
and the Miller family offices.

Boise Subaru was completed in July and will
celebrate the new facility at its grand opening
in early 2017.
