Larger Than Life
Arena Experience
The new video display system has brought a
supersized visual experience to live sports
and entertainment events at EnergySolutions
Arena resulting in a significantly enhanced fan
experience.
The new center court high-definition video boards
are seven times larger than their predecessors.
Other digital enhancements include upper deck
cornerboards with video and statistics, two
light rings between the upper and lower bowls,
a space ring above the main system, a portal
signage system and court-level kickplates. Overall,
the new video system is comprised of more than
9,900 square feet of displays and 33 million
individual LEDs.
“We believe these new audio and video
enhancements are a game changer when it comes
to the overall in-arena experience,” said Steve
Miller, president of Miller Sports Properties. “We
are thrilled to bring an upgrade of this magnitude
that will benefit our fans, players and corporate
partners.” WS
