A New Store With an Incredible Legacy
LHM American Toyota Opens Its (New) Doors
For years, the people of Albuquerque have
known that they can find great deals and
great customer service at any of the five
LHM Dealerships in the city. However, one
of these dealerships, the 30-year-old LHM
American Toyota was headquartered in a
building in dire need of an upgrade. That is the
case no more. On March 21st, American Toyota
held a grand opening for their brand new, stateof-the-art
dealership.
The $12 million project took two years and
completely replaced the old buildings. The
new structure, which is now one of the largest
Toyota dealerships in the United States, features
Toyota’s iconic design, along with features
like an illuminated glass entry portal with
silver accents and murals that feature some
key Albuquerque sights, including the annual
Balloon Fiesta and the Sandia Mountains.
“We’re proud to continue our 30-year
commitment to the city of Albuquerque. In
addition to our investment in the facility, we’ve
been able to increase our vehicle inventory,
offering car buyers more variety to meet their
needs,” said Dean Fitzpatrick, president, Larry
H. Miller Dealerships. “Most importantly, we’ve
invested in the people of Albuquerque. With a

The customer experience is key in the new
dealership, with a spacious customer lounge
equipped with refreshments, phone chargers, a
children’s play area, and more.
“I love the transparency this new design
creates between our employees and our
customers. The glass offices allow the ability to
see what is happening throughout the building.
This enables our associates to more effectively
communicate with each other, while at the same
time, letting customers see every conversation
and interaction that is happening throughout
their purchase,” said JR Malouff, general
manager, Larry H. Miller American Toyota. ◆
