GOING RALLY FOR LHMDOING GOOD ABOUT DAY OF SERVICE 2015 EMPLOYEES On Friday, April 24, an army of green volunteers from the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies rallied to various charity, community and neighborhood causes during the sixth annual Larry H. Miller Day of Service. This year’s event involved more than 1,500 volunteers in seven western states. The annual event is held on or near the birthday of company founder Larry H. Miller, who strongly supported giving back in the communities where our companies conduct business, and lived by the philosophy to “Go about doing good until there’s too much good in the world.” Employees in Utah, Arizona, California, Idaho, Colorado, New Mexico and Washington volunteered for several hours of service at organizations such as Boys & Girls Clubs, food and clothing banks, Habitat for Humanity, emergency shelters and other community agencies. Collectively, employees donated nearly 6,300 hours of service to more than 35 different charities, organizations and locations.
