7. The Arizona Valley stores participated in a clothing drive for Hope’s Crossing, one
of the LHM Charities grant recipients. The clothing drive was held in all eight valley
stores from February 7 through February 12. Some of LHM Charities’ Phoenix area
committee members delivered the collected items February 13. Prestige’s Rich Hyde and Bryan Hall accepted the American Concrete Institute’s
“Excellence in Concrete” award, recognizing the LHM finance company’s
innovative use of structural concrete in it’s new headquarters in Draper, Utah.
8. Judge Shauna Graves-Robertson of the Salt Lake County Justice Court and
Emma Houston of the Salt Lake County Off ice of Diversity & Inclusion joined
LHM and Utah Jazz employees for a discussion.
4. Jarred Black, GM of LHM Toyota Boulder (BTO), presents a $10,000 donation from
LHM Charities to Attention Homes. Funding will assist programs that serve runaway
youth and homeless youth. 9. Megaplex Corporate employees present a donation of $7,000 from LHM Charities
to Mountain View Christian Assembly of God for Royal Family Kids Camp—
a camp dedicated to helping children in foster care feel loved.
5. Colorado Springs Conservatory is a school that teaches and encourages
students of all ages in the performing arts.
1–2. Utah Jazz players visited Primary Children’s Hospital, an annual tradition
that is always a special treat for young patients who get to meet some
of their heroes.
