Its purpose is to document important events and milestones, as well as share the successes and achievements of our employees as they exemplify the mission, vision, values, and guiding principles of the company.
Announcements
February 8, 2018: The Utah Jazz announced that the team acquired forward Jae Crowder and guard Derrick Rose from Cleveland in a three-team trade, sending guard Rodney Hood to Cleveland and guard / forward Joe Johnson to Sacramento.
February 9, 2018: The LHM Group of Companies reached an agreement to sell Fanzz, one of the nation’ s largest licensed sports apparel and merchandise retailers, to Fanzz Gear Inc., an aff iliate of Ames Watson Capital, LCC, eff ective February 9, 2018.
March 1, 2018: The Gail Miller Women’ s Leadership Group announced that Elaina Pappas, director of marketing for the Utah Jazz, was selected by Utah Business Magazine as one of its“ 20 in their 20s” honorees.
March 1, 2018: The NBA announced that Utah Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell was named the Kia NBA Western Conference Rookie of the Month for games played during February.
March 2. 2018: Prestige Financial Services employees joined PFS president, Bryant Henrie, in participating in the Lemons for Leukemia challenge. The challenge is part of a social media campaign to raise awareness for bone marrow transplants.
March 5, 2018: Special Olympics Utah announced a three-year partnership with LHM Charities and the Utah Jazz to increase basketball opportunities for those with and without intellectual disabilities.
March 8, 2018: Larry H. Miller Dealerships announced that LHM Downtown Honda Spokane would move into its new facility on April 9.
March 9, 2018: Salt Lake City announced it was installing a $ 630,000 LED system at Smith’ s Ballpark to enhance the viewing experience for players and fans. Salt Lake Bees president, Marc Amicone, indicated the system would brighten the field faster and more directionally, which will reduce light pollution.
March 13, 2018: Jazz Gaming announced it had drawn the No. 3 pick in the draft lottery for the inaugural NBA 2K League Draft.
March 16, 2018: Junior Jazz announced it would cap off its 35th season with two events at Vivint Smart Home Arena: A Junior Jazz funshot competition on March 17, and a Junior Jazz sportsmanship party that includes Jazz players Alec Burks and Royce O’ Neal on March 19.
March 17, 2018: Thirty children with rare and undiagnosed diseases stood alongside Utah Jazz players Alec Burks and Ricky Rubio, as well as players from the Sacramento Kings, during the national anthem at the Vivint Smart Home Arena. The children represented the National Organization for Rare Disorders and the Rare and Undiagnosed Network( RUN).
March 19, 2018: The Utah Jazz and TeamSmile collaborated on a program to provide underprivileged students from local high schools with complimentary dental care at Vivint Smart Home Arena.
March 21, 2018: LHM Dealerships held a grand opening celebration for the newly reconstructed, nearly 90,000-square-foot LHM American Toyota Albuquerque dealership. The ceremony included a special check presentation to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central New Mexico.

March 1, 2018: Clark Whitworth announced the following promotions: Brad Holmes was named president of Larry H. Miller Real Estate where he will oversee all real estate business with internal and external clients and lead the delivery of shared services across the LHM Group. Kim Casaday was named president of Total Care Auto Powered by Landcar( TCA). She has been with the Group since 2014 and most recently served as chief operating off icer for TCA. Congratulations to Brad and Kim.
