ENGAGEMENT SURVEY - INSIGHTS INTO THE GROUP
In November 2013, under the direction of Bryan Miller and Miller Inspiration, the company participated in the first LHM Group
employee engagement survey. The responses have been carefully studied, and the insights gained will help shape training
programs, annual employee reviews and leadership training throughout the organization.
Dan Jones and Associates (CICERO), the independent company conducting the study, received 2,317 survey responses, which
represent more than 20 percent of Larry H. Miller Group employees, as illustrated below:
