ENGAGEMENT SURVEY - INSIGHTS INTO THE GROUP In November 2013, under the direction of Bryan Miller and Miller Inspiration, the company participated in the first LHM Group employee engagement survey. The responses have been carefully studied, and the insights gained will help shape training programs, annual employee reviews and leadership training throughout the organization.
