The theme of this year’s
Larry H. Miller leadership
conference, held in January,
was “Enriching the Lives of
Others.” I look to my family as
well as our executive team, as
leaders of the Larry H. Miller
Group of Companies, to find ways to make the lives
of our employees and their families, ourselves, and
those who live in the communities where we conduct
business, better.
Enriching the lives of others can take many
forms including:
• Operating our businesses at full capacity and
selling quality products and experiences that
allow us to provide meaningful
employment and needed services
to the community.
• Taking interest in the growth and
well-being of our employees.
Sharing our vision and being
clear about our expectations
allows our employees to
participate in not only personal
growth, but also the growth of
our company.
• Emphasizing education, both
internal and external.
• Adding value to our communities and giving back.
Providing our collective service and corporate giving
helps fuel our economy and allows individuals the
opportunity to learn to become self-reliant.
• Always taking the high road.
