Dealerships Awarded by Manufacturers
L
arry H. Miller Dealerships recently learned
that 16 of its dealerships received top awards
from their respective manufacturers:
Larry H. Miller Lexus Murray (LEX), Larry
H. Miller Lexus Lindon (LLX), and Larry H.
Miller Lexus Spokane (SLE) received the Elite
of Lexus Award for 2018, which recognizes
dealers that excel in all areas including sales,
service, and the overall customer ownership
experience.
Larry H. Miller Honda Boise (HOB)
received the 2018 Honda President’s Award,
which is based on a dealership’s achievement of
excellence in customer service and satisfaction,
sales, training, and facilities.
Larry H. Miller Subaru Boise (BSU)
earned the Subaru Love Promise Customer
Commitment Award. This award nationally
recognizes Subaru retailers that demonstrate
excellence in all areas of customer-focused
performance. It highlights exceptional customer
service that builds lifelong relationships with
Subaru owners.
Mercedes-Benz of Draper (MBL) earned
the recognition of Best of the Best Golden Laurel
for dealers in the Mercedes-Benz network. This
award represents the pinnacle of achievement
for a Mercedes-Benz dealership.

Larry H. Miller Chevrolet Murray (CHV)
earned the 2018 Chevrolet Mark of Excellence
Award, an honor that measures a dealership’s
dedication to excellence based on sales, CSI,
retail sales index, essential brand elements, and
dealer maintenance notification.
Larry H. Miller American Toyota
Albuquerque (AMT) and Larry H. Miller
Toyota Murray (MUR) were awarded the
prestigious Toyota President’s Award for 2018,
honoring dealers who continue to go above and
beyond at each customer touch point.
Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram Avondale
(ADR) was designated with the Walter P. Chrysler
Club Award, the automaker’s highest honor, which
denotes leading dealerships that meet overall sales,
Mopar parts sales, and customer retention goals.
In addition, Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram Avondale
(ADR) qualified for the Pentastar Club, meaning it
ranked in the top 30 in retail sales in 2018 within
its business center group of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge,
and Ram dealerships.

award recognizes leaders in customer sales and
service experience based on five pillars: facility
certification, performance measures, training
certification, employee surveys, and process
validation.

DECA National President
LHM Hyundai Peoria Employee Becomes President of Collegiate Organization
A
nthony Fakhoury, a salesperson at LHM
Hyundai Peoria (HYN), is a college
student, a dedicated employee, and an
enthusiastic Game of Thrones fan. That’s a lot,
but now Anthony can add another big title
to his resume: President of Collegiate DECA
International for the entire United States. DECA
is an organization that focuses on encouraging
entrepreneurship and mentoring leaders at the
high school and college level.
As a student at Arizona State University,
Anthony studies business administration and
has been involved in DECA for some time. He
was the vice president of marketing for DECA
last year and was named president at the 2019
DECA conference in Orlando. His colleagues
at HYN are proud of his achievement and
look forward to seeing what more he might
accomplish. ◆
