GREG JOHNSON SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT MILLER AUTOMOTIVE OPERATIONS Greg Jonson currently serves as a senior vice president of automotive operations. In this role, he oversees thirteen dealerships in the Utah and Oregon markets. Greg first joined the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies in 1993, serving as sales manager and then general sales manager at Larry H. Miller Toyota in Boulder, CO. He was later appointed general manager of Larry H. Miller Lexus in Murray, UT, and later at LHM Chevrolet. During an eight-year stint, Greg left group and operated a consulting/acquisition firm, working closely with LHM Fleet ase and independent dealers throughout the Western United States. on returning, Greg served as general manager at LHM Ford Salt Lake City and LHM rysler Jeep Dodge Ram Bountiful. He has also served as the used car director for the vo and Orem stores and, most recently, as the new and used car director for the up. Prior to joining the group, he spent 11 years working in a variety of positions for o Omaha dealerships. g was born in Austin, TX and lived in many different locations growing up. He died marketing/management at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln and is a duate of both the Miller Business Academy and the LHM Leadership Institute. outdoorsman, Greg enjoys activities such as cycling, hunting, boating and wboarding. en asked to share about his time with the group, Greg commented, “The Miller ily has provided me and my family a wonderful opportunity to be part of an ellent company. JEREMY CASTRO GENERAL MANAGER, KJZZ-TV MILLER SPORTS PROPERTIES A career professional in the broadcasting industry for 23 years, Jeremy Castro was named general manager of KJZZ-TV in June in addition to his ongoing responsibilities with broadcasting for the NBA Utah Jazz. From studio technician and news management to his general manager duties, Jeremy has been involved in nearly every facet of television. He worked at KUTV in Salt Lake City from 1991-2007, including 12 years as the station’s sports director. then joined the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies to become KJZZ director broadcasting until his 2009 promotion to vice president of broadcasting and erations for KJZZ and the Utah Jazz. emy’s interests include traveling, enjoying softball and volleyball through his ughters’ participation, and extended family activities. en asked about his passion for work and how he approaches it, Jeremy red, “I grew up watching ‘I Love Lucy’ and ‘Gilligan’s Island’ on television and ften describe my life as one big sitcom. My personality has some of those racteristics of being fun and sarcastic.
