SERVICE AWARDS HONOR LONGTIME EMPLOYEES
Employees who devote decades of their lives to a single company are rare in the corporate world, so the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies does what it can to honor and celebrate these employees.
Each year, the LHM Group holds a series of Service Awards banquets, typically one in each state where we do business, where employees who have reached significant milestones are invited to attend, along with a guest and their general managers. Included are those who have been with the company for 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 years.( The last is particularly impressive as the LHM Group of Companies is only 37 years old!) Along with a meal, attendees are given a personal thank you from LHM Group executives and members of the Miller Family and a certificate detailing their years of service.
The banquet is a chance for employees to swap stories and share memories about their time with the group and to be sincerely thanked
It is truly remarkable that so many employees have been with the company for more than 10 years.
