Prestige honored as best large company to work for in Utah.
It’ s no secret that when companies value employees and create a positive work culture, they retain satisfied and happy employees— which is exactly what Prestige Financial has mastered. In doing so, they have managed to clinch the top spot on The Salt Lake Tribune’ s“ Best Place to Work” list for large companies.
WorkplaceDynamics, an employee research and consulting firm, paired up with The Salt Lake Tribune to conduct a statewide survey of employees. They then ranked companies based on the companies’ alignment, effectiveness, leadership, connections, employee engagement, and employee basics such as pay, benefits, and flexibility. In each category, Prestige Financial outshines the competition. Employees praised the company’ s flexibility, management, and working atmosphere. They also noted how the management team emphasized LHM’ s core values in the workplace and were willing to validate their concerns— a rare quality in the notoriously fast-paced world of finance.
Part of what makes Prestige Financial such a great place to work is the idea that everyone is equally valued, no matter what position they hold or how large or small their role is. It’ s a principle that is best embodied by President Bryant Henrie, who began his career as a salesperson at the former Owen Wright Oldsmobile Cadillac dealership before the Miller family purchased it. From there, he worked his way up through the dealership, eventually joining the LHM Automotive Group and then helming Prestige Financial.
