THE GAIL MILLER WOMEN'S
LEADERSHIP GROUP LAUNCHES
BUILDING LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND OPPORTUNITIES
Inspired by Gail Miller’s leadership and example, the Women’s
Leadership Group was created to inspire and develop women
leaders within the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies. The
group seeks to connect women professionals within the LHM
Group of Companies and provide networking, mentoring and
leadership development opportunities.
The first networking event was held this past July, with the
keynote address delivered by Gail Miller. On December
4, 2015, the growing group met again at the Studios at
Jordan Commons. Dr. Cecelia
Foxley, the former commissioner
of higher education for the state
of Utah, addressed the gathering,
encouraging attendees to look
for
opportunities
to
improve
themselves throughout their careers,
especially taking advantage of
every opportunity to gain as much
education as possible.
Gail's commitment to developing women leaders extends
beyond the Group. She also addressed a gathering of women
and professionals at Utah Valley University, giving direct and
honest financial advice to the attendees. You can view her
keynote here: www.uen.org/cents.
