2013 LHM top guN AWARDS On Thursday, December 19th, Miller Automotive Operations held a group-wide kickoff of the Closeout Countdown Event at Jordan Commons. The event was broadcast live to all 53 dealerships in six different states. As part of the kickoff, 51 sales associates were recognized for their achievements and contributions to the Larry H. Miller organization in 2013. Dean Fitzpatrick, president of Miller Automotive Operations, also unveiled the automotive group’s new 2014 top gun incentive program for vehicles sold in a year: 175 units sold = $2,500 sales incentive 200 units sold = $5,000 sales incentive 225 units sold = $10,000 sales incentive Wayne Emery of HON, pictured with Dean Fitzpatrick, Scott Harding and John O’Bryan, achieved the 300 unit sales level and received his $30,000 bonus check. 250 units sold = $15,000 sales incentive 275 units sold = $20,000 sales incentive 300 units sold = $30,000 sales incentive Clay Schroff of AMT, with JR Malouff, achieved the 300 unit sales level and a $30,000 bonus check.
