On January 2, 2013, Greg Miller, CEO of
the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies,
announced the formation of three new
divisions within the group: Miller Management
Corporation, Miller Sports Properties and
Miller Retail Properties.
“As a result of the rapid growth and success
of the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies,
I have been working to more appropriately
structure our organization to be positioned
for growth in the future,” stated Greg.

As such, the properties collectively known
as LHM Sports & Entertainment are now two
separate areas of operation, joining Miller
Management Corporation. This change was
made to better prepare the group for new
opportunities and allow for professional
advancement for employees excelling in their
respective areas.
The announcement included the appointment
of Steve Miller to the newly-created position
of COO of Miller Sports Properties, which
includes the Utah Jazz, Salt Lake Bees,
EnergySolutions Arena, Miller Motorsports
Park, KJZZ TV, 1280 The Zone radio, Tour of
Utah and All-Star Catering.
Bob Hyde has also been named executive
VP of Miller Retail properties, which include
Fanzz, Megaplex Theatres and ProStop
convenience stores. He will also retain his
responsibilities as president of Fanzz and
CFO and capologist for the Utah Jazz.
Randy Rigby will continue his role as
president of the Utah Jazz, while other moves
include the appointment of Linda Luchetti
as executive VP of communications for the
group of companies. Linda will now oversee
all internal and external communications for
the organization. WS
