HAVE FUN WITH DIYL
The idea behind DIYL is to provide homeware-lovers with a creative, low cost and
easy-to-use option of transforming a space through the use of a light feature.
How does DIYL work?
DIYL or “Design it yourself lights” allows a
customer to express their creativity in 3 easy
steps:
1) Pick a cord
2) Pick a cage

3) Pick a bulb
How is DIYL different?
1) “Design” it yourself
DIYL stands for “Design it yourself lights”
seeing as the “do it” part has already been
done for you. People crave choice and love
expressing their creative personality. DIYL
now provides people with the ability to do just
that (minus all the hard work).
Mixing n’ matching is what DIYL is all about.
We have collated a range of styles and
colours, so that our customers can achieve
any look, for example:
Industrial: Our Black, Zig Zag and Twine
cords are perfect for an industrial look and
work well with either an exposed bulb or the
black cage (we also love the yellow cage for
an industrial look too).
Modern & Eclectic: We offer bright pops of
colour to suit more modern and/or eclectic
styles. Colour clashing is a current trend; we
particularly love the orange cord with hot
pink cage or even the blue cord with our mint
cage.
Kids Rooms: We also provide softer tones
to work well in kids rooms or nurseries. Our
favourite combo’s for this purpose are the
light pink or mint cords with our white cage.
Creative flare can take you anywhere, there
are no limits. It is simply a matter of designing
what you want to see in your space, then
applying the 3 easy steps above… then
having the satisfaction of saying “I created
that”.
