FROM VINEYARD TO GLASS
Our vineyard team, headed up by Jon Pollard, meticulously manages every vine on the estate. Across our 93 hectares in Kent and Sussex, we cultivate Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier – the three classic varieties of traditional-method sparkling wine. We hand-harvest only the finest fruit each season, ensuring peak ripeness and character in every bunch.
Over in the winery, Mary Bridges, our Head Winemaker and her team let the fruit speak for itself. Our wines undergo extended lees aging, developing depth and character before release. This dedication to craftsmanship has earned Gusbourne international acclaim, with our wines consistently recognised among England’ s finest.
