Our tasting room is open to visitors all year round , including bank holidays , with our cellar door open daily 10am - 5pm . We stock a range of limitededition wines that are available to taste and buy exclusively at The Nest in addition to our usual offering of our award-winning sparkling and still wines .
Join us for a guided tour to discover how we produce our internationally acclaimed vintage English sparkling wines . Tours are run in small groups and hosted by our friendly , knowledgeable staff . We can take private bookings for tours of various group sizes , accommodate different times and tailor various elements of each tour .
Throughout the year , we also run a series of special , unique events at The Nest that enable our customers to get a closer , behind the scenes look at how we produce our wines here in Kent , as well as a variety of different culinary experiences complemented by Gusbourne wines .
Since 2018 , we ’ ve been inviting some of the UK ’ s top chefs to our estate to share their Michelinstarred talents with guests , overlooking the vineyards where our wines are made . Over the years we ’ ve collaborated with Tom Kerridge ’ s The Hand and Flowers , Tom Sellers ’ Restaurant Story , Brad Carter ’ s Carters of Moseley , and Josh Eggleston ’ s Pony and Trap .
This spring and summer , we ’ re delighted to be welcoming The Hand and Flowers , Trinity , The Fordwich Arms and Restaurant Story to share their talents at The Nest . Guests will start with a wander in the vines , canapés and an aperitif before sitting down for a bespoke multi-course meal served with Gusbourne sparkling and still wines .
