Previously with Pilkington (Australia) and CSR-Viridian, Melanie brings over 24 years experience in Customer Service and Account Manager roles. Melanie is known for her commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients, a key attribute required by Glass Skills Australia’s client base. In her new role, she will be developing training solutions for glass processors, glaziers and window fabrication companies. Building on her past experience liaising with clients, Melanie has hit the ground running here at Glass Skills Australia.
