This fun-loving, retro home was once a modest 1960s bungalow
overlooking the harbour in Sydney’s Five Dock. Husband and wife
team, Anne and Michael Potter, decided to take the plunge and
demolish the family home and rebuild something that would
cater to the growing needs of their family.

nne Potter is an interior designer by trade so was actively involved in
creating this unique home alongside Architectural firm Utz Sanby Architects.
The open plan design creates a comforting sense of spaciousness with hints
of Mondrian inspired colour to bring it to life. This is in dramatic contrast to the wellkept, conservative homes that currently surround the property.
This modern version of a retro home incorporates Breezway Altair Louvre Windows
into the design to provide a comfortable environment and unobstructed views for
the whole family to enjoy.
