CHANCE HANLON NAMED ILLAWARRA BUSINESS LEADER 2017

The Illawarra Business Chamber held their annual Business Awards at the Win Entertainment Centre on Friday, 20 October, 2017. Hanlon Windows was a finalist in two categories: Excellence in Sustainability and Chance Hanlon for Business Leader.

Hanlon Windows is proud to acknowledge that Chance Hanlon was awarded Illawarra Business Leader for 2017.
Chance has worked for the family company for over 35 years and took over as owner of the company nearly five years ago. The company has seen major growth in profit and manufacturing capacity as well as a low staff turnover, employing around 80 locals.
“ In current times, building and manufacturing are both tough industries and we continue to compete with overseas imports and multinational companies, and still use locally sourced suppliers in our own country. Sourcing and using Australian made resources is a very important part of our business, as is providing local jobs. We are a small family owned business on the South Coast and Illawarra, we are very proud to be recognised on a larger scale,” says Chance.
Chance will be moving on to the state awards and looks forward to attending the New South Wales Business Awards in the coming months.
Hanlon Windows also congratulates the other Shoalhaven winners from the night, including the Flagstaff Group, CareSouth and Sian Ludlow at Stella Studioz.
Hanlon Windows acknowledges the architects, builders and home owners for their contribution to this success and look forward to sharing more successes with them in the future.
“ A special thanks to our fabulous staff, who continue to produce
