Russell began his career in the window industry as a window assembler/glazier for Wideline Windows and Doors, where he has been employed for the past 17 years. During this time he has undertaken various roles, including; sales, business unit manager, project management and technical. “Throughout his time at Wideline, Russell has made a substantial contribution, balancing teamwork with leadership. Russell demonstrated a genuine passion and drive to achieve company goals and objectives whilst influencing those around him positively.” Ron Purcell, General Manager Russell is a competent professional with a thorough understanding of fenestration, including compliance, product design, development and testing. He has extensive project management experience and a thorough understanding of the regulatory framework affecting the window industry. Russell’s experience in R&D means he is familiar with many of the emerging technologies, innovations and market influences that are likely to impact the industry in the future.
