Awareness & Engagement Under the hashtag #WindergyIndia2017, engaging posts were prepared, 01 covering developments across the globe. Initially we concentrated on the awareness aspect. Hence, posts were specific to promoting sustainability, investment, environmental benefits, interesting trivia, employment generation, literacy in the rural community and above all 02 the dire need to integrate wind energy in the energy ecosystem. Special posts like #ILoveWind & #MyGreenResolve made the online audience 03 feel relatable with human figures carrying placards, signifying the everyday challenges they face with pollution and how they find ways to cope with them. The state assembly elections were around the corner and Team IKF felt the need to spread the message of vote for change on the virtual platform. Hence, meaningful and timely updates like, “Vote Because the Future Depends On It” were image lines that got viral and received humongous appreciation. 04 Likewise, we did not leave any stone unturned when it came to topical posts of Holi, Women’s Day, Save Water, Earth Day and so on. 09
