Women only inspiration

ANEW , first of its kind allfemale speaker online conference hosted by Hampshire based Women Who Do ( WWD ) takes place from November 10-11 .

WWD : Be Bold - The Conference will feature a unique mix of wellness and business workshops to help female entrepreneurs thrive in all areas of their lives , covering topics from marketing and money mindset to cyclical living and imposter syndrome .
Founder of WWD , Emma Downey , from Winchester , said : “ Running your own business is a hard work and most business owners will agree that at the bottom of their priority list is their own wellbeing . This creates a cycle of mounting stress , pressure and tension that can impede a business owner ’ s ability to give their best .
“ I am surrounded by strong , ambitious women who are building their empires but are over-worked , lack confidence and feel frustrated . Normalising self-care as an integral part of

the business owner toolkit and communicating its importance , as much as we do with business skills , are focus areas for this
conference .”
Emma continued : “ We had 54 speaker applications , therefore the line up is so exciting . Day one will cover business growth workshops , followed a day later by wellbeing and mindset .”
WWD runs events , online and in person , and its mission is to connect , support and empower as many women as they can to live their big bold ambitions .
It held its first events in Winchester , partnering with local coffee shops Coffee Lab , Flat Whites and Open House Deli , to run networking and evening workshops . Since 2017 it has built a strong Winchester community of businesswomen who support each other and collaborate . Hopping ahead with sponsorship

TRETHOWANS has announced sponsorship of the Hares of Hampshire public art exhibition , which comes to Winchester in 2022 via The Murray Parish Trust .

The law firm will be sponsoring a Hare sculpture in a new and exciting public art event across the city next summer . For 10 weeks , streets , parks and public spaces will be brought to life with the exhibition of magnificent hares . Each giant sculpture will be individually designed and beautifully created , showcasing the wealth of artistic talent the county has to offer – while positively contributing to the economic , cultural and social life of the area . It will be the biggest art event Winchester has seen , creating a free , fun , family friendly trail of discovery .
