Sparsholt College has a dedicated Equine Centre which provides both teaching and learning . With Olympic success on horseback a delight to watch in summer , this facility may be involved in developing future Olympic medal winners , two-legged and four
ABRITISH HORSE SOCIETY approved exam centre and home to The Sir Mark Todd , Rider Performance Studio , the centre hosts commercial events such as unaffiliated and affiliated dressage and show jumping competitions for local riding enthusiasts in a beautiful countryside setting .
Horses that join the Sparsholt family are carefully selected by either purchase or loan to provide students with the opportunity to develop a range of horsemanship skills and offer a diverse research population for initiative projects .
The Equine Centre , which has stabling for up to 66 horses , is also a key resource for research and dissertation projects on-site for

Alongside our popular commercial events , in the year ahead , we are looking forward to hosting a new programme of events for all equine enthusiasts from industry experts . These leading lights of equestrianism will be sharing their knowledge and utilising our facilities with a series of masterclasses and demonstrations aiming to encourage and inspire equestrians of all levels to find out more about our amazing industry .”
In addition to the expert further and higher education lecturers , Sparsholt College Equine Centre has a dedicated team of professional coaches , technicians , administrative staff and an events ’ coordinator .
