FABULOUS PLACES TO
FIND FATHER CHRISTMAS
Meet the man in red in locations across the city
ON THE RUN
See hundreds of Santas in the annual Naomi
House & Jacksplace Santa Fun Run, which
starts from Guildhall, on 1 December. The
charity cares for local children and young adults
with life-limiting illnesses. Entry fees for the 5k

ON A TRAIN
See Father Christmas on a steam train ride on
the Watercress Line on selected dates through
December. You’ll see him on Santa Specials
running from Alresford or Alton stations. Adults
can enjoy wine and mince pies, and there are soft

AT SANTA’S CHRISTMAS
COUNTDOWN
There’s nothing Father Christmas loves
more than opening the windows of his
special Christmas calendar. But when he
tries to begin the countdown this year, disaster
– the calendar is broken and all the magical
goodies inside have gone missing! Join Dotty
the elf, Dasher the reindeer, Jack Frost and
Pompom the penguin in a musical adventure
at Theatre Royal Winchester on 16 December.
After the show every child gets to meet
Father Christmas for a present.
