My friends say I ’ m like Carrie Bradshaw from Sex And The City . I love big net skirts and fabulous shoes , and I ’ m definitely a girlie girl .
What were you doing before ?
I was running – and continue to run – a specialist recruitment agency called Access Care .
What was the biggest challenge ?
At the start , I literally googled ‘ how to run a shop ’. A seriously steep learning curve ensued .
What do you enjoy about your work ?
It gives me the opportunity to spend time with my mum – my business partner . She ’ s a brilliant , vivacious character . I also really enjoy helping customers pick something they love .
Do you still love fashion ?
Even more now ! Shopping for the shop is like shopping on steroids – I get to buy items I love in tens rather than just for me .
What ’ s your best fashion tip ?
Buy versatile pieces you can wear in many different ways on different occasions .

Victoria Schofield The Cup and Saucer , Winchester

Why was baking a passion ?
I was taught by my granny and loved the time we spent together . I ’ ve also always been a ‘ feeder ’ and take pleasure from giving people treats .
What were you doing before ?
I was an accountant , mainly working in London .
What was the biggest challenge ?
Finding flour in the first lockdown when it was virtually impossible to get it anywhere .
What do you enjoy about your work ?
Seeing all my tea stands set up and loaded with food ready for delivering . It is really satisfying and I always feel rather proud when I deliver them .
Do you still love baking ?
On the whole I love it even more – even though it often means being up to my eyes in flour early in the morning or late at night !
What ’ s your best baking tip ?
Measure everything very accurately as it makes the whole process more organised .
