NOTE: Mail and online orders will not be filled until our Box Office staff arrives at the end of May. Donor orders received by May 20 will be
given priority consideration and will be filled by descending donor level. All other orders will be filled after donor orders and will be filled
according to the date received. In all cases, orders received by May 31 will be filled before online ticket sales begin on June 1.
TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY ALSO NOTE
Tickets may be exchanged for the same production up to 48 hours
prior to the performance you are unable to attend. A $3 per ticket
fee (waived for Donors at the $600 level and above) will be charged
in addition to any applicable ticket upgrade costs. Refunds will not
be made on exchanges into a lower-priced performance or seating
area. Tickets must be presented at time of exchange. Please have
your tickets in hand when calling the Box Office at 413.458.3253. Your
new tickets will be held at the Box Office. We regret that we cannot
seat a patron who has missed a previous performance. The ’62 Center is wheelchair accessible. Please request accessible
seating when ordering tickets. A limited number of assistive listening
devices are available for all performances and should be reserved
when ordering your tickets. There are a limited number of seats
throughout the Main Stage with less than optimal sightlines. Every
effort will be made to fill your order without using one of these seats.
If your order must be filled with these seats, they will be offered to
you at $5 per ticket discount.
