STUDENT SERVICES
Food Services { 7 / 14 / 12 }
While classes are in session , meals are served in the Rowan Hall Dining Room , Monday breakfast through Friday lunch . When Grounds Detail is scheduled , breakfast and lunch are available . Brunch is also served on Sundays . For rules related to the Dining Room , see “ Dining Room Regulations .” The Snack Bar , operated by Student Government , is located on the rear , east side of Rowan Hall and usually offers hot and cold vending options 24 hours a day , 7 days a week while classes are in session .
Library { 7 / 30 / 08 }
The library is located on the main floor of the Strine Learning Center . ( For hours of operation , please consult the librarian .) The library is a member of the Delaware County Library System ( DCLS ), providing access , via interlibrary loan , to all the holdings of the more than 25 public libraries in Delaware County , including those of Delaware County Community College .
All non-reference books in the library may be borrowed for three weeks . Reference books and periodicals may not be removed from the library without permission from the Library Supervisor . The library also offers reasonably priced photocopying services . The Rules and Regulations of the library can be obtained in the library .
Placement Office { 8 / 29 / 98 }
Located in the Strine Learning Center , the Placement Office is available to help students and alumni find full- and part-time employment . Supervised by the Director of Placement and Internship Programs , the office provides a variety of services , such as career advising ; assistance with job search strategies , resume , and interview preparation skills ; and access to a variety of employment resources , including an employer database . Additional resources are available through the college ’ s online applications available through the Blackbaud SMS portal . Students may use office resources but may not remove them from the office .
College Store and Café { 7 / 17 / 17 }
Located on the first floor of Byers Hall , the College Store and Café sells academic supplies , snack foods , Williamson apparel , and a variety of college souvenirs . It also offers outdoor seating and connects to the Byers Lounge . The store is run by the Director of Residence Life , with the assistance of volunteers from the Williamson community . Hours of operation are posted at the store .
Health Services { 7 / 17 / 18 }
Health care is provided by the Director of Health Services , a registered nurse , from 8am to 4pm , Monday through Friday , in the Health Services Office located at the east end of the Lower Level of Rowan Hall .
At Williamson , students have the following rights and responsibilities , and should expect :
• Humane Care and Treatment : Students are treated with dignity , consideration , and respect . Your personal beliefs and convictions will be taken into account when you seek help .
• Competent Treatment : Health care is provided by qualified professionals and all referrals are made to qualified providers as needed and within the requirements of each individual patient ’ s health care coverage .
• Accurate Information : Students have the right to accurate information , to the extent known , concerning diagnosis , treatment , and prognosis of health-related conditions . Recommendations and instructions for achieving and maintaining good health will be included .
