Note 1 : The student Enrollment Deposit is refunded to an Officially Withdrawn student upon successfully completing the withdrawal process . Failure to return or intentionally damaging college equipment or property will result in a reduction of the student ’ s deposit amount to address replacement or repair costs . Students who are Unofficially Withdrawn will forfeit their deposit . The deposit will be returned to the student upon graduation , less any financial obligations to the college .
Note 2 : The student Book and Supply cost is used by the college to purchase individual equipment ( e . g ., tools , shop clothing , etc .), supplies , and books required for a specific academic program . As such , these materials are considered the personal property of each individual student and are not refundable following the first academic day of class .

Student Debts { 8 / 14 / 02 }
While it is understandable that some Freshmen may not be able to pay all their student fees upon enrollment at Williamson , students are expected to work ( preferably in their field of training ) during the summers while attending Williamson . Seniors who still have a financial debt or remaining Time on Grounds on the day of Commencement may participate in the ceremony but will not receive a diploma or an enrollment deposit refund until the debt is resolved .
CLERY ACT AND TITLE IX
Missing Student Policy { 7 / 11 / 18 }
If a student has reason to suspect that a fellow student has been missing from campus for 24 hours , they should immediately report it to a faculty member or to college administration . If after business hours , students should immediately report a missing student to their Dormitory Manager or the Director of Residence Life . The report should be made in person or by phone given the importance of the notification . The Williamson main phone number is ( 610 ) 566-1776 .
In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Act , upon receipt of a missing person ’ s report , the administration will attempt to locate the student , to include contacting the student ’ s emergency contact , as listed on the Student Information form maintained by the Student Affairs office .
( Students may identify a confidential person to be contacted only in the event that the student is determined to be missing . This may be anyone of the student ’ s choosing . Only authorized college officials and law enforcement officers in furtherance of a missing person investigation may access this information .)
For students over the age of 18 , the college will also notify the student ’ s designated person within 24 hours after a determination that the student is missing . If the missing student is less than 18 years of age and is not emancipated , the college will immediately notify the student ’ s parent or guardian in addition to the designated confidential contact .
Within 24 hours of receipt of the initial report , should the college fail to locate or contact the student , the college will notify Pennsylvania State Police .
