Williamson appeared on This Old House TV show
The popular PBS television program This Old House aired a 5-minute segment on Williamson College of the Trades during episode 4321 , which was released to PBS stations on Thursday , March 17 , 2022 .
The idea for the segment came about after This Old House host Kevin O ’ Connor visited Williamson in November 2021 . Impressed by what he saw , he connected the show producers with the school administration . The producers sent a cameraman to get footage of the Career Fair ( Nov . 2021 ), and then the Boston-based crew returned later in December with Kevin to spend an entire day filming the shops and campus and interviewing students , faculty and staff .
This exposure will give Williamson College of the Trades nationwide visibility and will be an amazing opportunity for the country to learn about what we do here .
