Gentle Yoga , Weekly on Mondays & Thursdays , 9:30AM-10:30AM
Instructor Maris Sebastian will introduce yoga basics to attendees . Wear comfortable shoes & exercise clothes , bring a yoga mat or towel , and a water bottle . Yoga is $ 5 per session .
