Becoming Staff has always been hard. You need a perfect record, and to be accepted by a majority of the current staff members. However it seems it is now harder then it used to be. SleepySparks, one of our best administrators said:
Here Sparks states that players can no longer become a member of the staff team via applications. The only way to become a staff now is if you are recommended by numerous other non-staff players, as well as being accepted by the rest of the staff.
