Lights , Camera , Action ! The big day finally came for the students at Washington ECC . Parents arrived with camcorders and cameras , taking pictures of their child walking into school to begin their educational adventure with Palestine ISD .
Students have met all the school personnel , learned about school rules and routines , sang songs , played games , listened to engaging stories and began navigating their social setting and interacting with their peers . And this is only the first week of school .
