A
Meme can be life changing right? One I saw recently resonates with our work in Extension. It said ‘If you do not make time for your wellness, you will be forced to make time for you illness’. Wow, and what a fitting message during National Wellness Month!
Thanks to the forward thinking of our Communications Manager Mattson Steele, I had the opportunity to create some content for the wellness month. There are monthly challenges that the district shares tips about and even a friendly incentive with a Mindfulness Bingo opportunity. You can find details attached.
Remember to take one small step to enhance your wellness journey. It may be as simple as taking time to walk during your day or a self-care practice that you want to start making a priority! Here’s to a #healthyou!
