We are excited to announce the formation of the Wildcat Extension Education Foundation. Currently, we are working to identify foundation members from each county to begin working together to support the efforts of K-State Research and Extension, Wildcat District. Be on the lookout for information regarding the foundation as we begin to grow together as a unified foundation team!

Kylie Ludwig and I co-hosted our first session of Small Business: Big Ideas in April . What a great day of learning together with small business owners. Be looking for information about a new session coming this fall. We are shifting focus from marketing/expanding markets to include third-party vendors to HR issues that many small business owners face. Employee management includes conflict management. There are important strategies you can use to manage conflict in the workplace - this session will be a great way to learn more about this topic. We are excited to see how these sessions organically grow with time. Remember, you do not have to be an existing business owners. The information presented in the Small Business: Big Ideas series is fantastic for those who are considering opening a business!
