On December 8, five seniors and seven intermediates attended the Kansas Beef Expo Livestock Judging Contest.

Our Senior team earned second place with two members in the top seven. One of our intermediate teams earned fifth place with a fifth place individual.

I was also on Wildcat Wednesday, December 27 and talked about upcoming calving management school, importance of colostrum intake for newborn calves, and the effect of cold weather on energy requirements.

I was also on the KGGF Morning show on December 13.

I scheduled a constant contact emailing for December 28 that promotes the calving management school on January 4, and linked it to our social media accounts
