STEP 1
Pop on a cone and set it down in place with a wrap of lead wire and build a good body of thread. This gives the body that chartreuse hue through the mylar.
Step2
Tie tail from the side of premium marabou stalks and add a few strands of flash.
Step3
Slip over the mylar piping and tie off at the back leaving a bit for added flash. Then secure down behind the cone.
Step 4
Add the top and bottom wings of marabou and fold back the piping. Glue just behind the cone.
