We live in a country that demands us to get outdoors and enjoy some of the finest rugged scenery and fascinating wildlife in the world.
Canada is steeped in a rich history involving the outdoors, which includes the First Nations people, fur traders and Voyageur canoes that carved out routes across the provinces.
The summer season brings about prime time to be in a canoe. Its one of the best ways to see our land.
The biggest news was Parks Canada offering free Discovery passes for day use admission to all parks across the country. You can find out more about this opportunity here: http://www.pc.gc.ca/en/index
