Wild Garden Summer 2019 | Page 2

Welcome to Wild Garden Find your own wild world. W ild Garden is a student nature magazine exploring people’s gardens in the United Kingdom. Looking to provide education for creating and maintaining an eco-friendly en- vironment. Wild Garden Magazine believes that the small positive change can start at home and would like to encourage people by providing tips on how to keep their gardens in good eco-friendly condition and how to attract and help the wildlife surrounding them. The first summer issue of Wild Garden is looking at the joy of blossoming flowers, busy wildlife and the way to stay healthy by growing your own or- ganic food. Find out more about the Tudor rose and the story behind England’s national flower and bring 16th century in your garden. Learn how to create an eco-friendly environment for the bees surrounding us in order to help them to raise the population numbers. Birds still require your help in the summer and the joy of bird watching will be even more satisfying by providing bird baths for their needs. Stay close to nature by growing your own food and keep your mind and body healthy by eating organic produced food by yourself. Know your rights and what is the 1950 Allotment act.
