• Manage and coordinate a restoration plan within the stipulated time in the event of emergency or breakdown , and update the information to top management
• Manage and develop manpower to improve the competency level , effectiveness and productivity of staff at all times .
• Formulate and implement strategic maintenance action plans to ensure transmission equipment operate safely and reliably
• Monitor all maintenance / fault investigation work adhere to instructions , including PTW procedures , switching checklist , maintenance checklist , method statement preparation , site toolbox talk , ISO work procedures , SEMS requirements and transmission safety rules
