Melinda will serve as a network representative with OMS’ Dynamic Women in Missions( DWIM) ministry. She will challenge churches to strengthen and expand their short-term mission ministries, promote DWIM trips, speak at conferences, and train churches and church members for cross-cultural ministry.

Theri lived and ministered in Ecuador for 27 years. Now, she is preparing to serve as the children’ s disciple-making coordinator for the Latin America / Caribbean region. Drawing on her expertise in community outreach, social projects, international communication, and children’ s ministry resource development, she will provide quality content and methodology to assist the Latin American church in making disciples of children.
